Benefit Beauties!

So we’ve reached Wednesday, is it just me or is this week flying past? Last night, I was at the H&M A/W Pre-Launch Shopping Event, which was great! So, there’ll be a blog post coming soon about that but for now, I’ve a mini Benefit Review!

I love Benefit products, they never seem to disappoint and their packaging is just gorgeous! So today, I’ll be talking about Benefit ‘Brow Zings’, ‘They’re Real’ mascara, ‘They’re Real’ eyeliner, and ‘They’re Real’ remover. I’ve tried and tested these a while back, but have never written a review so here we go 🙂

Brow Zings

From the second I started using Brow Zings, I haven’t changed to anything else. It’s my go to for decent brows and I love it! I love that everything you need for perfect brows is right there in one little b lack square.

I’m sure most of you know by now, but for those of you who haven’t tried it, Brow Zings includes two brushes (one angled and one normal), a mini tweezers (how handy is that?), pigmented wax for shaping and natural shaded powder for setting your brows – you can pick from light, medium and dark. I think the medium would suit majority of people, unless you have extremely fair or jet black brows, I would tend to go for the medium shade! It’s also quite build-able too.

It goes on so smoothly and lasts all day, but comes off so easily.

I actually rarely use the wax, only the powder. Although I’m going to start using the wax again – mixing it with the powder instead of using one after the other and see how that goes! I also don’t use the brushes on a normal day to day basis and I prefer my own brush that I have for brows, but it’s so handy when you’re in a hurry or don’t have access to your other brushes. I love that the brushes along with the tweezers all come together compacted into one.

It also lasts ridiculously long, I’ve had mine about two and a half years now and although I’ve hit the pan, there’s plenty left!

Such a great product! Depending on your make up budget it could be a bit pricey, at €34, but consider it as an investment! Highly recommend it 🙂

They’re Real Eyeliner

Well, Benefit have definitely got it on point when it comes down to this liner! (Far right in image)

Described as ‘lash-hugging’, this liner is easy to apply and looks fab on. I found there was no smudging, which is great because I have a problem with my eyes watery a lot when I go outside if it’s any bit windy. It has amazing lasting power! One thing is it’s actually quite hard to take off, the They’re Real remover is definitely needed, or an extremely good makeup remover!

It comes in black, brown, blue, purple and green.

They’re Real Mascara

This is one of my favourite mascaras, I’ve talked about it before in my ‘Masters of Mascara’  post. It does everything you want a great mascara to do. With it’s jet black colour, it lengthens, curls, volumises, lifts and separates lashes, what more could you want?

Another thing I love about this mascara is the brush. It’s great for separating the lashes and it also has smaller bristles at the tip of the brush, to get to those tiny lashes that can be forgotten about when applying mascara.

It really makes your eyes stand out with out making your eyelashes look like spiders legs (horrible comparison but it can happen!)

Love love love it!

They’re Real Remover

They’re Real mascara is a lot easier to take off compared to They’re Real eyeliner, but with this remover is comes off in seconds, a little goes a long way!

It removes the toughest of makeup with out smudging all over your face first. It feels gently on the skin and not at all greasy which I admit I was expecting. Great makeup remover, thumbs up 🙂
